Ma Choupette is a French brasserie concept created for Hilton Bars & Restaurants. Inspired by Belle Époque Paris, the restaurant subtly tells the story of a Jane Avril-esque cabaret star—the name itself reminiscent of Avril’s own nickname, La Mélinite.

Instilled with the spirit of a classic night at a Parisian opera house, the identity draws from vintage programs from the Théâtre National De L’Opéra and the ornamental designs from its chandelier, stage, and curtains. The expressions of Ma Choupette are influenced by iconic French poster artists of the late 1800s, serving as a romantic recurring visual throughout the restaurant.
